General Administrative support is also given utmost importance since the realization of the priority thrusts of the province is dependent on the following:

• Improvement of collection efficiency on local taxes. This will be dome thru the conduct of intensified tax information and education campaign and the implementation of a policy to optimize local revenue generation.


• Transparency in public through involvement of NGOs/Pos in government planning and program implementation, and membership in all organized special bodies in the province.


• Legitimization of government activities thru passage of ordinances and resolutions


• Revision of the Provincial Tax Ordinance


• Implement sound fiscal management thru effective planning and budgeting, introduction of fiscal innovation, procurement of supplies, materials and equipment in adherence to R.A. 9184 “General Procurement Act” and effective internal control system to safeguard the meagre resources of the Provincial Government


• Organize monitoring teams to closely keep track of the performance of the programs and projects implemented in the province.
